Super healthy and super delicious = healthylicious! These pancakes are a must try. Easy, low carb, gluten free, paleo breakfast for the whole family.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 large ripe banana
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 cup brown rice flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of sal
Instructions:
- Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Heat a frying pan with one tablespoon of coconut oil on medium heat. Once the pan is hot, pour in the batter to form a pancake in any size you'd like. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown in color. Remove and serve and repeat for the rest of dough.
- Top with more blueberries, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
